Delivery

To keep postage costs as low as possible but with the quickest delivery times parcels are sent to all locations via Royal Mail First Class.  We aim to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible (same day or next working day depending on when the order is made) but all items will be dispatched within 2-3 days.

Postage Rates 

United Kingdom – delivery time typically 1-2 days

Yarn orders flat rate   £3.75
For all other items up to and including 100g    £1.75
All orders over 100g   £3.75

European Union – delivery time typically 7-10 days
Tracked services are available. These can be chosen at checkout.

Our website includes current stock levels which are correct at the time you add the product to your basket.  Sometimes, due to differing dye lots, we will not be able to complete your order all from the same dye lot.  In this case we will contact you to advise on estimated lead times.

Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase but if for some reason you change your mind we will accept it back within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  All items must be in full saleable condition in their original packaging.  Postage costs will not be refunded.

In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty or damaged on receipt we will happily refund your money including all postage costs.

When returning items to us please include a note with whether you would like an exchange or refund, and if faulty a description of the fault.  Please also include your order number, name and delivery address (if applicable).

We cannot take responsibility for any returned parcel being lost in transit so we strongly advise that you get a ‘certificate of postage’ from the post office when sending your parcel so that you can claim compensation from the Royal Mail if the parcel does not reach us.
