1. Maximum 2 customers at any one time
There will be floor markings to indicate 2 meter distances within the shop as references and we ask for you to please keep 2 meters from other customers and staff at all times.
2. Maximum 15 minute stay
In line with the government’s track and trace system we ask you to keep your visit to a maximum of 15 minutes.
3. Sanitise your hands before entering
We want you to feel safe while handling our yarns. Hydro-alcoholic gel will be made available by the shop entrance and customers will have to sanitise their hands before entering the premises.
4. Pay by card where possible
We can chat through your options; we can email you pattern suggestions for you to choose before coming in, get ready suitable yarn options and ideas. Basically get everything ready for you so you can make the most of your visit.
6. Book an appointment
Appointments will be taken over the phone during opening hours only. 15 minute slots will span from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. If for any reason you are unable to make it to your appointment please do keep us informed so we can free your slot to accommodate other customers.

We understand that some of our customers will still be self-isolating or shielding for various reasons. Our free local bike delivery will remain available to these customers but it won’t appear as an option on our website. If you wish to book a free local delivery please place your order and choose ‘local pick up’ as your delivery option. Then give us a call on 01273 679 726 so we can schedule a delivery for you. Please note this option is for people needing to self-isolate only. If you have the capacity to visit our Brighton shop but would rather not enter we encourage you to use our ‘local pick up’ option.
Free 2nd class delivery for UK orders over £25 will remain available.
