Regia – Pairfect Socks by Arne & Carlos
Pairfect is a self-striping sock yarn than knits up in the most amazing fair-isle patterns. The ingenious use of a simple yellow starter thread means you can knit a perfect matching pair every time!
Made of 75% lambswool and 25% polyamide it is both soft and hardwearing. The yellow thread marks the beginning of each sock; simply put the yellow thread from the middle of the ball until it runs out, cut it off and cast on the required number of stitches. When you’ve finished your first sock unwind the ball until the thread turns yellow and repeat the whole process once more. Inside the label you’ll find instructions on how to use the yarn and how many stitches should be cast on for each size.
Regia source their fibres from South America, Germany and Italy. The yarn is then spun and dyed in Romania and Belgium. The whole process is Oeko-Tex certified. This certification ensures the yarn is sustainably produced and tested to make sure it is free of harmful chemicals.
