We hope that you will love your purchase but we understand that sometimes buying online is hard so if you would like to return your order for any reason we’re here to help.
If you’ve changed your mind
Eligible items can be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All items must be in full saleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Any postage costs incurred to return the items to us will be your responsibility. Once we have received your return we will process the exchange or refund within 3 working days. Any refund will be credited to the original payment card minus the original postage costs.

Damaged or faulty product
In the unfortunate event your item is damaged or faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt stating your order number and a photo of the faulty item. We will do our best to offer a replacement or issue a full refund including postage costs.
If you have received the wrong product or wrong quantity please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please state your order number in the email.
Exceptions and non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for return,
– Digital patterns, printed patterns, books and magazines
– Gift cards
– items that have been used
– items not in their original packaging
– skeins of yarn that have been wound into balls
How to return items
When returning items to us please include a note with your name and order number. If we have not already corresponded by email please also include instructions for exchange or refund. We may then email you to confirm. Please send any returns to,

We cannot take responsibility for any returned parcel being lost in transit so we strongly advise that your get a ‘certificate of postage’ or send the item using a tracked service.
